What exactly is waived?
Both trip fees: the $129/$159 dispatch fee on a normal visit, and the $200 after-hours, weekend, or holiday emergency fee. Members never pay a fee just to get a licensed tech to the door — any time, any day.
How does the math work?
One after-hours call basically pays for a year. If you'd owe the $200 emergency fee, joining for $19 waives it on the spot — and you still get priority scheduling and 15% off the repair on top.
Is there a contract?
No. It's $19/month, billed monthly, and you can cancel anytime. One membership covers one residential address.
What's the free inspection?
Once a year a licensed tech does a whole-home plumbing check — water heater, shut-offs, visible supply lines, drains, and fixtures — so small issues get caught before they turn into a flooded floor.
Can I join during a service call?
Absolutely — that's often the best time. Tell your technician or our office and we'll enroll you on the spot and waive that visit's trip fee immediately.
